Parking on the street has been an ongoing reported issue. The streets are owned by the city and they can ticket or even tow in certain circumstances. If you are being affected by those parking on the street please contact the police.

Annual HOA Dues and Fees
Dues for Shillings Chase residents are $65 per home per calendar year, usually due by end April. After end April, a $15 late fee will be assigned.
Leased property dues are $65 per property per calendar year, usually due by end April. After end April, a $15 late fee will be assigned.
Leased properties are also subject to an additional Leasing Administration Fee of $250 per property per calendar year, with a $25 late fee after end April.

Checks should be made out to “Shillings Chase HOA”, and mailed to PO Box 1976, Kennesaw, GA 30156. Please include your name and address in the memo field.
Payment can also be processed through Zelle: Shillings Chase HOA (treasurer@shillingschase.net). Please include your name/address in the “memo” field.
